Stonemen start off the 2017 season by dropping a close game to the Brookfield Blue Sox by a final score of 4-0. Troy started on the mound, going 8 innings giving up 4 runs, 3 earned on 9 hits with 3 walks and 6 strike outs. Nick pitched the 9th giving up 1 hit, 1 walk and 1 strike out. We ended up with only 4 hits, 1 by Nick and Donnie and 2 by JB. Don and Jason both had a walk, and JB had a stolen base. Better things to come as we visit the Milwaukee Beavers on Friday night and travel to New Berlin to take on the Lakers. See you around the ballpark.
