The red hot Brookfield Blue Sox, winners of 5 in a row, hosted the Hartland Oilers in what was a must win for Brookfield if they had any hope of making the 6 team tournament field at the end of the regular season. Making things more interesting was an impending monsoon heading towards McCoy Park in Brookfield. The Blue Sox got on the board first with a run in the first, added another in the 3rd, and one last run in the 5th. That was all that Brookfield starter Aaron Leitner needed. Leitner scattered 4 hits in the complete game victory. Brady Bruss pitched well for Hartland in the loss. Tim Kahle had 3 hits for the Blue Sox, Pat Tobiasz chipped in with a multiple hit game for the Blue Sox.

In a game for bragging rights and for Hartland a chance of getting out of the bottom spot in the Western Division, the Lakers of North Lake got on the board first with a single tally. Hartland answered right back with 3 in the 3rd That would be the go ahead run as Hartland used a 3 run 4th and 8th to win. Dane Travers and Kurtis Chapman had 3 hits for the Oilers, and Troy Dibb and Jake Dibb had multiple hit games for Hartland. Dominick Tordarello and Dan O'Brien had multiple hit games for the Lakers of North Lake.
